Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible.

For change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Businesses cannot use store policies to remove consumer guarantee rights, and if a product is confirmed faulty, reasonable return costs paid by the customer may need to be reimbursed.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times and delays are outside our control. However, please contact us if your parcel appears delayed or missing and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
